Noise disturbances from outside and neighboring rooms!!! Limited amenities like kettles or mini-fridges make for an uncomfortable stay. Slow check-in process and ongoing repairs do not lend to a smooth experience!!!

The family room comfortably accommodated four and was cosy for our stay. Staff handled the storage of our medication in a central fridge efficiently. Location is convenient, just a short walk to a tram stop and nearby supermarkets. However, there was no fridge in the room, which was a bit limiting, and the folding bed my son used could have been more comfortable.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on public transport to visit nearby attractions like the Polybahn Funicular. The family room was spacious enough for everyone and kept clean daily, making our stay very comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, a children's play area would be great. We struggled a bit with keeping the little ones entertained during downtime.

The location was convenient as we easily accessed the city center with nearby tram lines. The room was newly refurbished, providing a quiet space to unwind at the end of our busy days exploring the area. We particularly enjoyed the spacious dining area for breakfast, which was well-stocked and had comfortable seating. However, the lack of soundproofing was a downside. we could hear noise from the halls quite clearly.

Had an awesome group trip! The location is perfect, just a minute from the tram and a short walk to main train links. The rooms were neat and the staff was super friendly. They changed our towels daily, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
